  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.1 Pricing

Our services are billed based on token usage. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

4.2 Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Unused tokens expire at the end of each billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Generate spam or misleading content
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
  • Resell our services without authorization

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Output

You own the translated videos, transcriptions, and other outputs generated from your content.

6.3 Attribution

For non-commercial license users: You must include "doweb.ai" attribution when publishing generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The DoWeb platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of translations or transcriptions
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoWeb from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms
